Who we are
Lobbie ("we", "us") is an independent app operated by Pierre van Mever. Questions? [email protected].
No account, no tracking
Lobbie has no sign-up or user account. We don't run ads, analytics or third-party trackers, and we don't build a profile of you.
Your data stays with you
The people, dates, notes and reminders you add, including anything you import from your Contacts, Calendar or a CSV file, are stored on your device. If you use iCloud, this syncs through your own private iCloud account (provided by Apple) so it is available across your devices. We have no access to it and never receive a copy.
Permissions
Lobbie asks for Contacts or Calendar access only to help you add people and dates, and only when you choose to import. You can decline or change this anytime in iOS Settings.
Message and card suggestions
When you ask Lobbie to help write a message or illustrate a card, it creates a suggestion for you. Where a suggestion is produced with the help of an external service, only the minimal text needed is sent, it is not linked to your identity, and it is not used to advertise to you.
If you contact us
When you email us we receive your message and email address, used only to reply.
Your rights
Because your information lives on your device and your private iCloud, you stay in control: view, edit or delete it in the app anytime. Under the GDPR you also have rights of access, correction and erasure over any data we hold (in practice, emails you send us). Just contact us.
Children
Lobbie is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be noted here or in the app.

Acceptance
By using Lobbie you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lobbie on your Apple devices for your own private use.
Your content
The people, dates and messages you create are yours. You are responsible for having the right to store the contact information you add.
Provided "as is"
Lobbie is provided "as is", without warranties. Reminders and notifications depend on your device settings and on iOS, so we cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for a missed reminder, notification or occasion.
Changes and governing law
We may update Lobbie and these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment in the European Union.
